I’ve operated at top governance levels, directing strategy for a £1bn group and managing £50m portfolios across the USA, EMEA, and APAC. I’ve built marketing functions from scratch, owned the P&L, and managed the friction of scaling companies—tight budgets, ambitious targets, and complex stakeholders included.
I started fractional work because I saw too many brilliant teams bogged down by busy but ineffective marketing. I don’t hand over a slide deck and vanish—I cut through noise.
